To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Georiana Rosario.  I am 17 months old and I have extensive neurological damage from a near drowning accident that occurred on 1.12.08.  Thanks to the good thoughts and prayers of all, I am now a miracle baby that God chose to give a second opportunity so I may be around my family and friends.  I am in great need of Hyberbaric Oxygen Therapy to make better progress and it is not covered by my insurance.
